How the program works
1. What can I expect after I enroll in this program? How does this program work?
The program works via text messages to your mobile phone. If you are eligible, you can redeem these messages for savings on your Nasacort AQ out-of-pocket expenses. You'll also receive text message reminders when your next prescription is due, along with your savings information. Simply show these text messages to your pharmacist when you pick up your Nasacort AQ prescription to redeem your savings.
2. If I don’t have health insurance, will I receive savings towards my out-of-pocket costs?
Yes, qualifying customers receive up to $20 off of their out-of-pocket expenses when purchasing Nasacort AQ. The savings apply to the first 5 prescriptions for a maximum rebate of $100. Limit of 5 rebates before December 31, 2010. Other terms and conditions may apply.
3. Will this offer work with my private insurance coverage? Are there any restrictions on this offer?
Yes, this offer generally will work with your private insurance. However, this offer is not valid for prescriptions reimbursed or paid under Medicare, Medicaid, or any government (public insurance) programs, or in the state of Massachusetts. 4. Is there a mail-in rebate option to receive savings for my Nasacort AQ prescription?

5. Will you share my personal information with third parties?
Sanofi-aventis U.S. LLC respects your interest in keeping your personal information private. We will not sell or rent your information to any third parties, outside mailing lists, or mobile marketers.
6. What if I have signed up for medication reminders for other medications? How will I know which medication refill is due?
Generally, the message reminder you receive will indicate which medication is due for refill.
Program requirements and restrictions
1. How do I cancel my enrollment? How do I opt out?
You can opt out of the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program anytime—simply text "STOP" to 37500. You can continue to use your rebate codes until the program ends on December 31, 2010, or until you reach the maximum of 5 rebates. We reserve the right to discontinue this program at our discretion.
2. What if I currently use the Nasacort AQ Savings Card? Can I take advantage of this offer, too?
Unfortunately, no. Only 1 offer can be used at a time.
3. What are the restrictions of this program?
Duplicates of this offer are invalid and not redeemable.

Texting issues
1. How do I send a text message to enroll in the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program?
Create a new text message on your mobile phone. In the message body, type "NAQ". Send the message to 37500.
2. I don't know how to text on my [brand] phone.
Most phones make it very easy to text; however, not all phones work in exactly the same way. Please call 1.877.my.Rx.save (1.877.697.9728) if you need assistance.
3. Will I be charged for the text messages I receive from the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program?
Message and data rates may apply; however, this program is not a premium service and generally does not incur any special fees. Please contact your service provider for details.
4. Why does the offer say I may receive 17 text messages if I am only getting savings on 5 of my prescriptions?
You will receive some preliminary text messages when you enroll in the program, plus reminders when upcoming prescriptions are due. In total, you may receive around 17 text messages per year from the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program.
5. Will I receive additional texts from market research?
You may receive 1 text message asking permission to contact you via phone for market research initiatives, such as a customer satisfaction survey. We reserve the right to discontinue this program at our discretion.
Phone issues
1. What happens if my phone is switched off?
The message will go to your text message inbox and may be deleted after a certain time, depending on your provider. Contact your mobile network to find out how long messages are held before they are deleted. The savings offer is for a limited time and will expire December 31, 2010.
2. Will I receive Nasacort AQ Mobile Program text messages when I'm traveling abroad?
Yes, but you may have to pay additional charges from your provider to receive messages when traveling abroad. Contact your service provider for more information.
3. What should I do if my mobile number changes?
If your mobile number changes, you can re-enroll in the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program by texting "NAQ" to 37500.
4. What if I lose my mobile phone or it stops working?
If you need to replace your mobile phone but your number remains the same, your text messages from the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program should continue without interruption. If you discontinue your mobile service or need to change your number, you can re-enroll in the Nasacort AQ Mobile Program by texting "NAQ" to 37500.
5. I signed up for the offer online, but I haven’t received the text message with my offer information. What should I do?
Please write down the following numbers: The BIN number: 600428, the PCN number: 05080000, and the Group number: 05470008. Also, write down your personal ID number, which is the 10-digit phone number you're using to enroll in the program. Take this information to your pharmacist and your savings should be honored. If the pharmacist has any questions, have him/her call 1.877.697.9728 to speak with a Nasacort AQ Mobile Program representative.
6. I don't have a mobile phone. Can I still get the savings?
If your doctor gave you a program brochure, enter your 10-digit home phone number on the peel-off sticker provided on the brochure and present it, along with your prescription, to your pharmacist. If you learned about the offer through an email and you don’t have a mobile phone, you unfortunately will not be able to participate in this offer. However, you may visit www.nasacortaq.com for other offers.
7. What if 2 people in our household share a mobile phone? Can we both participate in the program?
Yes; if you have a home phone as well, each of you can participate in the program. One participant should use the mobile phone number to enroll and the other participant should use the home phone number to enroll. If you register with a home phone, please write down the following numbers: The BIN number: 600428, the PCN number: 05080000, and the Group number: 05470008. Also, write down your personal ID number, which is the 10-digit phone number you're using to enroll in the program. Take these numbers with you to the pharmacy. If you go to the same pharmacy for every refill, the pharmacy should have a record of this information. If you switch pharmacies, you will need to take this information with you. Please keep in mind that text message reminders will only be sent to the mobile phone.
Pharmacy issues
1. I lost the sticker that I was supposed to show to the pharmacist. What do I do?
If you received a brochure from your physician, use the numbers on the sticker.
